Meet the founder
Ray Hill, Founder & President
Before starting TruHQ, Ray spent years coaching the owners of janitorial businesses. Two things stood out. Most industry coaching came from people who understood business but had never done the work. And almost every client relationship had the same problem: communication broke down in both directions.
TruHQ was founded to fix that. We built our own facility app so clients can report issues, see inspections and access safety data sheets, and so our team always knows exactly what each site needs.
Today TruHQ serves businesses across Arkansas, from our home base in Little Rock.
